1. Return Eligibility
You can return a book within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
The book must be in its original, unused condition.
The book should be returned in its original packaging with all included materials (if applicable).
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Books that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Books purchased on clearance or promotional sale unless the product is defective.
Our team will provide instructions on how to ship the return back to us.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please take the following steps:
Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm whether the refund has been posted.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective book, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In cases where a wrong or damaged product was sent, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
