Delivery Information

At Fabian Books, we strive to deliver your books and products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our delivery process, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for our customers:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days for most regions in India.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days, available in select cities.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 1,000, otherwise INR 50-150 based on location.
• Express Shipping: Additional INR 200 for quicker delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. Delivery times may be affected by national holidays, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working on expanding our services to international customers, so stay tuned for updates!

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number through our courier partners.

6. Undelivered Orders

In case your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If the order remains undelivered after 2 attempts, it will be returned to us. You will be contacted to confirm if you’d like a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (excluding shipping charges).

7. Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at mail@fabianbooks.com with your order details, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
